Spring is nearing and it is always the most favorite season of the year. It couldn't be nicer than in Fairhope, Alabama, where thousands of beautiful flowers, including azaleas, are in full bloom. Come to Fairhope and celebrate the beginning of Spring! The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce proudly announces the 59th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival in Fairhope, which is scheduled for March 18, 19 & 20, 2011. Festival hours are 10 am - 5 pm daily and there is no admission charge.

Over 200 exhibitors from throughout the nation will bring their best works to show and sell at this prestigious juried show. Live entertainment will be going on throughout the three-day event and unique cuisine will be served up in the food court. It all takes place on the streets of beautiful downtown Fairhope, Alabama. Last year the event attracted more than 250,000 visitors to the area. The festival was chosen as one of the top 20 events in the southeast for March by the Alabama Bureau of Tourism and it was voted in the top #20 out of 100 Best Predominantly Classic & Contemporary Craft Shows in the nation by Sunshine Artist Magazine in 2010.

BRATS (Baldwin County Area Transportation System) will offer a shuttle service from the Plantation Pointe Shopping Center, Eastern Shore Village Center and Ecor Rouge Place. All of the parking is free and the locations are less than a five-minute ride away. The shuttle ride costs only $1 one way.

There will be so much to see and do on the Eastern Shore that folks will want to stay over. There are many wonderful stores and great restaurants to choose from. The Fairhope Salon and Spa Events

We are fortunate to have Paige Summers and Dino Kotopolous, performing their art directly in front of the Salon during Arts and Crafts. Paige's art is on display through the Salon. Dino is also showing a few select pieces including, a very special piece. Stop in to marvel at their work.

Fairhope First Friday Art Walk Night
Each month, we will be spinning the Wheel of Fortune. This month, the whell has $1000's in prizes. Simply book an appointment or buy any product and spin the wheel for a prize. Top prize this month is a Paige Summers Original Print.

Back by popular demand! We are going to hold a Photoshoot in April! The photoshoot will consist of hair-styling, professional makeup, wardrobe/costume, and a photo-shoot with Tony Riales. We'll soon be launching a website with previous events and the amazing results. Update your MySpace or FaceBook with a new profile picture from your photoshoot.
